1923 Singer Ten This car was owned by Gary Barr a long term club member but unfortunately Gary died a few years ago and his wife Margaret has decided to sell the car.
Gary was an ace restorer of several cars including at least two Singers to my knowledge a 10/26 and the 1923 Ten you see here. The car has been restored to a very high standard but is currently not running so needs recommissioning. First registered in October 1923 it comes with current V5 and an old green continuation log book. It is fitted with the 1096 cc 4 cylinder engine overhead valves with the later enclosed push rod block and gearbox in unit with the engine. Body is a 4 seater open tourer and like the rest of the car has been restored to a very high standard with just the hood and side screens to be recovered which was the last job to be done, but as can be seen are with the car.
